Membership:  Full Access to our Stadium.  Your rates are per month and may be reduced when you advance to the next playing field. Example: Beginner advances to Intermediate level on GameDay and receives a $10 price reduction.  Member must score a 90 or higher on their GameDay to advance to the next level and receive savings.  GameDay should be taken every three months. GameDay may be purchased every three months for $50 each.

Boot Camp Members:

 Beginner Boot Camps are 3 Days per Week, Monday- Wednesday-Friday

Intermediate Boot Camps are1 Day per Week, Tuesday (Access to all Beginner     Boot Camps) Total of 4

Advanced Boot Camps are 1 Day per Week, Thursday (Access to all Beginner and Intermediate Boot Camps) Total of 5

Professional Boot Camps are 1 Day per Week, Saturday (Access to all Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Boot Camps) Total of 6

Boot Camp Non-Members:

                   $300 for 2 months of Boot Camp

One –on-One:  Your rates are per session with a Personal Trainer. You receive one on one with a Personal Training along with full access to our Stadium, unlimited Coaching Sessions and Boot Camps.  Your Rate may be reduced when you advance to the next playing field.  Example: Beginner advances to Intermediate level on GameDay and receives a $10 price reduction.  Client must score a 90 or higher on their GameDay to advance to the next level and receive savings.  GameDay should be taken every three months.  GameDay will count as one of the client’s normal training sessions.

Three-on-One:  Your rates are per sessions with a Personal Trainer. Also known as Group Training it is 1 Personal Trainer directing a small group of no more than 3 clients.  You also receive full access to our Stadium and unlimited Coaching Sessions and Boot Camps.  Your Rate may be reduced when you advance to the next playing field.  Example:  Beginner advances to Intermediate level on GameDay and receives a $10 price reduction.  Client must score a 90 or higher on their GameDay to advance to the next level and receive savings.  GameDay should be taken every three months.  *Group Training is given every Monday at 7pm, Wednesday at 7pm, and Saturday at 12pm

 

 *Coaching Sessions: Sessions given by a personal trainer everyday and is open for as many clients that want to attend.  Clients will not receive one-on-one attention due to the volume of clients in the session

If you find that you need to reschedule your appointment, please offer the courtesy of a 24 hour notice phone call to 404.255.7788. Our schedule fills quickly, and with your thoughtful consideration we are able to offer your time to someone else that needs to get in.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your appointment, but not offer us at least 24 hours notice, your card will be charged a fee equal to half the cost of your scheduled therapy and/or treatment visit.

 

Should you no show, your card will be charged full price for your missed appointment.
